REBECCA BENDHEIM (she/her) is a middle school teacher, writer, and member of the nationally-renowned Typewriter Rodeo poetry troupe, with which she types on-the-spot poetry for strangers and records weekly poems for Texas NPR. She grew up in Rhode Island and earned her bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and her MFA in Writing for Children from Vermont College of Fine Arts. She lives in Austin, Texas with her partner, corgi mix, and orange cat.
