Fast forward to today, and her business has grown phenomenally, having recently acquired a 75-year-old paint manufacturer and expanding their facility in Taylorsville, KY. Her commitment to creating an inclusive workspace is reflected by her company becoming an ESOP in 2021, granting employees ownership in their collective success.
