By the time PAIGE SHELTON was twelve and her family moved to Des Moines, Iowa, she’d lived in eight different places. She didn’t know what it was like NOT to be the new kid at school. After college at Drake University in Des Moines, she took off again, heading to Salt Lake City, Utah. She thought she’d be there for only a couple years, but ended up getting married, raising a son, and enjoying a fun career in advertising. In 2015, she and her family moved to Gilbert, Arizona. They love the desert lifestyle.
With a vow to be published by Y2K, Paige began taking her writing career seriously in 1997. After missing that original deadline, her first book was published in 2010. FARM FRESH MURDER spent time on the New York Times’ Extended List. In 2020, a book in her Alaska Wild series, COLD WIND, was nominated for the Mary Higgins Clark award. With thirty or so books now, she still loves writing and creating interesting characters living in challenging environments. All her books are listed on her website: www.paigeshelton.com
